Fundamental Rules. Rule No.1. –To produce drive, wind must come into the rig, flow over the rig, and exit the rig. –No flow, no go! Rule No.2. –Power is generated by the rig turning the wind from its original course. Rule No.3. –Power is released by not turning the wind away from its original course by the rig.
