A: Hospital staff Staff = people who work in a place. British hospital Medical staff groups conclude: Pre-registration house officer (PRHO), or house officer Foundation Year 1 doctor (FY1). (assistant physician or surgeon) Senior house officer (SHO) Foundation Year 2 doctor (FY2). (non-consultant hospital doctor) Specialist registrar (SpR) Doctors who completed the foundation programme. (a doctor and d about to become a consultant). Consultant Fully qualified specialist. (a professional who provides professional or expert d advice).
