5 5 Schedule: 1. Detector construction Goal: Detector ready for Run-6. Working hypothesis: Run-6 is delayed, starts Jan 2006. From now till end of June: - completion of prototype tests - test at the LEGS set-up HBD construction: - Vessel construction: 3m start June 1 st  end August. - Framing and pretest of GEM foils: schedule dictated by foil delivery from CERN scheduled to start May 1 st @ 30 foils/month  assume total delivery time of 4m. * Work at WI start June 1 st  end September. * Shipping to SBU start July 1 st  end October. - Set-up of assembly and test facility should be completed by July 1 st. - CsI evaporation, module test and assembly in HBD vessel proceed in parallel in assembly line fashion. * Work start July 15  November. - Final detector assembly and test November – December. - Full detector ready for installation Jan. 2006.

6 6 Schedule: 2. Electronics Pre-amplifier production: - First batch of 200 pre-amps already produced - Production start July, complete in 1-2 months FEM production: - FEM prototype ready end of May 3m test  end August - FEM production: begin September 2005  February 2006 - FEM test and installation Trigger: - not foreseen for first HBD run.

7 7 Schedule: 3. Gas, monitor, infrastructure Gas system: - Construction start after Run-5, complete in 2 months Monitoring systems: - 4m delivery time, ready in September Infrastructure: - start after Run-5
