Cost/ version/ operating system The app cost $.99 This is the paid version, it is the only version. I got this app from the apple store, but it can be found on just about any operating system.

Purpose The overall purpose of this app is to keep track of what you eat, and what healthy foods you should be eating for 21 days, the app also keeps track of your weight, arm size, waist size, and leg size before you start eating healthy.

Who can use it? Anyone can use this app if they are trying to get into better shape and lose weight. Athletes can use this app to keep track of their muscle size gains. Obese males or females can use this app to keep track of how much weight they lose.

How you use it? First you measure your arm size, leg size, waist size, and chest size before you start eating healthy. You keep track of what healthy foods you eat everyday from the list of healthy food choices they provide. Then you re – measure everything to see your gains after 21 days.

Pros/ special features This app allows you to easily keep track of the healthy food you eat per day. I’ve never seen an app that tells you to measure your specific body parts before and after.

Cons/ issues Doesn’t let you choose from a large list of healthy foods. Can be confusing at first, no directions. Doesn’t give you workout advice, only healthy food choices. Overall not a very good app for training.

Recommendation/ conclusion I would not recommend this app if you are looking for exercise advice, or instructions on how to lift. Good app for eating healthier, but that’s about it.
