S EARCHING THE D ATABASE FOR E XISTING P RODUCTS Searching for Existing Products To search for an existing product in the Aidan Gray Database UI, please use the following steps: 1.Upon Login, the user will be transferred to a landing page (located at http://tinyurl.com/7kupryo). To search the product database using this system, first access the landing page of the Aiden Gray system. http://tinyurl.com/7kupryo 2.Now, Enter the Product SKU for which information must be retrieved in the dialog (see example below): 3.Click Search to generate the SQL Query. 4.All product information for that SKU will then be displayed, (see example below). 1 BCIS 4610 Project - User Manual

E DITING AN E XISTING P RODUCT Editing an Existing Product To edit an existing product in the Aidan Gray Database UI, please use the following steps: 1.First follow the directions located in section 1 (Searching the database for existing products) to query the database for the current Item Information. 2.After executing the search, click the edit button located on the results page (see example below). 3.After clicking Edit, the result fields will become editable. 5. A DDING N EW I NVENTORY Adding New Inventory The User can navigate to the New Inventory Page from every page through the toolbar at the top. To Enter a New Inventory Item into the Aidan Gray Database UI, please use the following steps: 1.To enter a new product to the database, first navigate to the New Inventory page. This can be found in the navigation bar at the top of the page. 2.Enter the product information in the fields below, and click submit. 3.If your Item was Submitted correctly, a Prompt will be displayed: 3 BCIS 4610 Project - User Manual

6. V IEWING C URRENT I NVENTORY I NFORMATION Viewing Current Inventory Information The User can navigate to the View Inventory Page from every page through the toolbar at the top. To View the current Inventory Information from the Aidan Gray Database, please use the following steps: 1.To view current inventory information, navigate to the View Inventory tab located on the navigation bar at the top of the page 2.A List of all product inventory across locations will be populated on the page. 4 BCIS 4610 Project - User Manual
