Biome- A large region characterized by a specific type of climate and certain types of plant and animal communities. These are the biomes of the world!

Climate and Landforms Growing season is 6 months long. There are four seasons which are fall, winter, spring, and summer. Trees’ leaves change colors and then fall off during the fall. There are also many different types of trees.

Climate and Landforms The air is very dry, and the heat reaches the ground very quickly during the day. As soon as the sun sets the desert becomes cool. Desert landscapes have certain distinctive features. Deserts are often composed of sand and rocky surfaces.
