Breakout Group 1 Sharing Experiences What approaches to gathering metrics are you taking & in what areas (e.g. research; T&L; marketing; projects; …)? How are the metrics being used? What difficulties and problems have you encountered? If resources wasn’t a problem what would you like to do differently? 2 Appoint a reporter who will report back.
