Make time for yourself every day Even just 15 min a few times a day or once a week Put it in your calendar and do not let anything interfere. YOU DESERVE THIS TIME FOR YOURSELF!

Practice the word NO Check which of the responsibilities you have taken on are really yours Please yourself first before trying to please others Become your own best mate Look out for yourself

Take a bubble bath

Listen to relaxing music

Visit a spa and have a facial

Go to an outdoor cafe and watch the world go by as you have your favourite drink

"I am a beautiful person and I deserve to be treated kindly. I am loved, .....
