Strategic –Digital approach, or –Microform: archives, or –Original physical objects, such as films, or –Hybrid: digital and traditional Political: 3 rd party’s collaboration Financial –The seed and initiative fund is required.

16. Suggestions for Preservation Policy 2 Backup is the main approach to digital preservation right now. However, a deeper and whole-grained digital preservation is needed to define. Web archiving will include into the 2 nd round survey in the near future.
