She had a late onset of lactose intolerance. She loved to eat a variety of foods, but never had to worry about a limitation like this before.

5 Saara Kamppari | Jonas Hinn | Phijarana Rattanathikun Persona: Liz Liz knew she had to change the way she ate, but lacked the food training to do it on her own. This is when she found the Food Sage website to help her find recipes that satisfy her constraints.

She likes the exploratory nature of Food Sage, in that she can find new recipes that she might like based on what she has already cooked and the skill level involved.
