4 Club/USATF Registration 1)USATF Registration (www.usatf.org) You must do this first; instructions located on PTC website (renew/new) Select renew if already had a number to insure that you do not have to submit your birth certificate again and that you are on the correct team: –Copy of athletes Birth certificate for (new members only) –Complete USATF Cost: $20.00 per athlete –Site accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover card 2) PTC Registration (online: www.pacesetterstrackclub.com) You must do this second; all members must register annually. –You do not need a new username, if you have already created one, but you do have to complete the form and include your new/renewed USATF number. –Registration is not complete until all the questions are answered and your fees are paid, please also make sure you answer yes to ordering a uniform. 3) PTC Registration Deadlines: Registration open 2/1/16 and closes for the Elementary Division: 4/17, and Middle/High Division 5/17. 4) Please sign up for club group text for team messages and practice/meet information: text @pacesette to 740-945-9033. This is the quickest and most reliable form of communication for the club.

5 2016 Meet/Practice Schedule Meet Schedule –Required meets for advancement (your athlete must participate to advance): Cannot miss these meets –June 25-26, 2016 Ohio Association Junior Olympic Championships (Must participate in individual and be part of the team for relay to advance to Region), Top 6 advance to Region 5 Championships. –July 7-10, 2016 USATF Region 5 Junior Olympic Championships (Must participate to advance to Nationals). Top 5 advance to JO National Champs in Sacramento, CA – July 25-31. Practice Schedule/Location –April/May(6-7:30 pm): 2 days per week (Tues/Thurs), Location: Reynoldsburg High School –June/July(6-8:00 pm): 4 days per week (Mon – Thurs), Reynoldsburg School –First practice: Tuesday, April 19th or 21th (weather permitting) *More meets for elementary age athletes will be added to the schedule, if possible

6 Club Fees/Payment Schedule Club Fees for Elementary Division 12 yrs. & under: $225 (first athlete), $150 (second athlete), $100 (third+ athletes) (April start for all) Due Date: 5/03/16 Club Fees for 13 yrs. & older: $175 (first athlete), $150 (second athlete), $100 (third + athlete) Due date: 6/3/16 Training Fees: $175.00 regardless to when you start Meet Fees- $75 for scheduled meets, additional funds may need to be collected as athlete advances through the qualifying meets. Payment for Elementary division due 4/21/16 Payment for Middle/High division due 5/16/16 Uniform Fees $60 for uniform and $40 for long sleeve warm up top. Black bottoms suggested at your expense Payment must be received at time of order, when registering. Payment for Elementary division due 4/21/16 Payment for Middle/High division due 5/6/16

7 Fundraising SombreroPay Online donation program for family, friends, and corporate sponsors. Donations can be made directly from the website and will be applied to the athlete accounts. Funds will be discounted from your account or paid out. The campaign ends May 15, 2016. Funds will deposit into the account as they are processed. We do not have to wait for the campaign to be over. If you are owed any funds checks will be distributed the 2 nd week of June. Pacesetters Track Club receives $10.00 per donation and the athlete gets the rest. 9 2016 Committees Volunteer Committees sign up when you register or email us at info@pacesetterstrackclub.com Community Sponsorship (Cynthia Robertson and Yolanda Cox) –Assist with identifying, contacting and securing community sponsors. Sponsorship can assist with an athlete’s fees, soda/paper products etc. for the banquet, travel sponsorship. Stats and Awards (Darian Noble and Ashley Trimble) –Keeping a log of athletes stats per event per age group. This would also require some training on uploading information to our stats software, very easy to use. You may be asked to assist with awards distribution for the club or during the Ohio association meet. Photography & Videography (Open) –Volunteer to take pictures at all events. Capture the season through pictures and video. Photos will be the property of the Club and will be used for the website and other USATF sanctioned events, Facebook, and Twitter. Fundraising (Cynthia Robertson and Yolanda) –Please sign-up for this committee if you are interested in assisting the club raise funds to cover travel, sponsor athletes, and purchase awards. Academic and Life Skills (Marketing committee) –This is a new committee. Assist with gathering college recruit information for Junior and Senior athletes, assist with resume and vitae building and contacting parents to stay up-to-date with club athletes and their academic honors, access to update the web page will be granted.
