PRR 568 – Settlement Timeline September 2005 16-day Analysis COPS October 25, 2005

2 Review of Analysis  Data Loading/Availability  IDR  NIDR  Aggregation Results  Generation Changes  Load Changes —QSE —LSE  UFE

3 Data Loading/Availability

4 IDR Data Loading Statistics  Daily IDR data availability is graphed and posted weekly

5 IDR Data Loading Statistics  Two representations of data loading are provided: 30-day view 8 day vs 15 day comparison

6 % of IDR Data Loaded by MRE (as of 10-14-2005)

7 IDR Data Loaded for Day 8 and 15 Trade Date: 09-30-2005

8 NOIE vs Competitive IDR Data Availability

9 What Caused the 8-day NOIE IDR Change  NOIE’s have the same meter data submission requirements as Competitive TDSP’s – “on a monthly basis”  Some NOIE’s choose to submit their data on a more frequent basis  There are 119 NOIE’s but only 8 NOIE Meter Reading Entities (MRE’s)  The percentage of data submitted by each NOIE MRE is approximately NOIE MRE A – 40% NOIE MRE B – 36% NOIE MRE C – 12% NOIE MRE D – 10% NOIE MRE E – 2% NOIE MRE F, G & H – <1%  Due to these percentages, the submission of data from one NOIE MRE can significantly change the percentage of data available for settlements.

19 LSE’s Grouped by Percent Change

20 Average Percent Load Change by LSE Size

21 Individual LSE Extremes by Day One NOIE LSE was excluded from this graph due to it having one ESIID that skewed the graphs beyond readability (small usage, approximately 8000 % change)

22 Individual LSE Extremes by Day One NOIE LSE was excluded from this graph due to it having one ESIID that skewed the graphs beyond readability (small usage, approximately 8000 % change)
