Civic Enterprise Leeds: Cleaning/Markets, Catering, Passenger Transport, Business Support Centre, Property Maintenance, Facilities Management and Fleet City Development: Sports & Leisure, Heritage, Libraries, Planning and Highways Strategy and Resources: PPPU (Project, Programmes and Procurement Unit), Legal, Finance and Human Resources Citizens and Communities

5. How did we promote L30 Branch? 9. What else has L30 done? The Branch Secretary negotiation with Cleaning Services that all employee’s who TUPE’D into Leeds City Council to transfer them onto Leeds City Council terms and condition.
