Logistics: Sustain BLUE, and – Have 100% on-time submittal of all required reports to Region/National – As of Jun 30 – GREEN and 93.3% vehicle reports Finance: Sustain BLUE (Low Risk) – Yep! Maj Ben Noyce is the “Czar” Continue to focus on effective and relevant ES Exercises – Comm, ground teams, joint agency No work in recent history No meetings since Spring Overall doing pretty well

13 People (Jul 2014 – Jun 2015) Goal 1. Grow our membership. Increase cadet and senior membership by 3% year over year. Goal 2. Grow our people. Offer each professional development course at least once per year. Increase overall attendance by 10%. Goal 3. 14 Mission – ES/Ops (Jul 2014 – Jun 2015) Goal 1. Deepen our bench. Increase the number of qualified personnel in all mission areas by 5%. – Includes ground team training for AOBDs. Goal 2. Execute a superb multi-region, multi-wing Wing Led Exercise. Goal 3. Incorporate “joint operations” with other agencies, ground teams, and robust use of communications resources in SAREXs to the max extent possible. Goal 4. Expand number of paying customers. Short term targets – CD eradication and NM/DOH, Goal 5. Fine-tune fleet management to optimize number of FMC aircraft. 14 New Mexico Wing -- Excellence and Integrity in All We Do

15 Mission – Cadet Programs Jul 14 – Jun 15 Goal 1. Enhance cadet advancement in the senior ranks – Mitchell through Spaatz. Increase by 5%. Goal 2. Mentor the Cadet Advisory Council to help them achieve their full potential. Goal 3. Execute a superb 2015 cadet encampment. Goal 4. Exceed 2014 numbers for powered and glider orientation rides. Goal 5. Field a fully operational hot air balloon program. Goal 6. Grow Group 800 in-school program into three new locations. Also, expand mission footprint: – Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education, Emergency Services…with a focus on School Community Involvement & Education OR 3 + 1. 15 New Mexico Wing -- Excellence and Integrity in All We Do

16 Mission – Aerospace Education Jul 14 – Jun 15 Goal 1. Internal AE – grow percentage of Yeager awards by 2%. Achieve 2 Master ratings. Goal 2. Internal AE – Conduct at least one AE field trip. Goal 3. External AE – Exceed 2014 Teacher Orientation Program flights by 10%. Goal 4. External AE – Introduce Aerospace Connections in Education (ACE) program in at least one school. Goal 5. Please lets get it together and submit staff reports when requested…and by due date assigned NM Wing Schedule – Maj Branan State Budget Execution Finance Committee has finalized and approved staff budgets for specific line items requested Compliance Inspection (CI) Still waiting on the “final official CI report” Next goal 18 October Updated responses to discrepancies due at NHQ…I have not received any updated responses yet and they are DUE NOW so I can assemble them into a single response and submit to NHQ by 18 Oct Please remember the solutions to discrepancies documented must address what positive actions the Wing will take or have taken place to prevent discrepancy from occurring again Look at the discrepancies from a “root cause” aspect and determine what can be done to prevent the root cause All discrepancy corrective actions will be approved or disapproved by NHQ, not NMW CI Inspection Binders Repopulate with any materials given to inspectors Return binders to Chief of Staff (CS) as soon as feasible…I have only received a couple of them back so far CS will store binders until next CI (3 years) New Mexico Wing Excellence and Integrity In All We Do
