Infraclavicular branches: cords Lateral cord 1-Lateral pectoral nerve 2-Musculocutaneus n. 3-lateral root for median nerve. Medial cord 1-Medial pectoral nerve. 2-Medial cutaneus of arm. 3-Medial cutaneus of forearm. 4-Ulnar nerve. 5-Medial root of median nerve. Posterior cord 1-Upper subscapular 2-Thoracodorsal 3-lower subscapular 4-Axillary nerve 5-Radial nerve
