ATTENDANCE SYSTEM I have made sure that the Attendence System is working. It is very important to always wait until I say to sign in and not do it before. You must do this every day you come to class. You must be here on time and stay the whole time. Never try to do this outside of class or do anything the syllabus describes as not being allowed. MICROSOFT OFFICE Access – use relational database to store data and convert to information. Excel – spreadsheets store quantitative data and perform rapid calculations and analysis. CLEARING CELL CONTENTS Different ways: 1.Choose the cell, double click on that and delete using ‘BACKSPACE’ / ‘ DELETE’ button. (deletes word by word) 2.Select the cell and directly press ‘DELETE’ 3.Select the cell and click “CLEAR” button on top right corner of ribbon and choose what to clear (only formats/only contents/only comments/only hyperlinks/ clear all) 24
