17. How Are We Going into Year Five?  We were told that the greatest challenge is with high schools.  We are focusing on our faculty as well as our students.  We are continuing to get faculty members to buy-in to the PBIS approach.  Our focus/theme is FAMILY, COMMITMENT and RENEWAL.
