3 What Should Be Going In Our Body?? / Mix IT Up!!! / An average person should be covering all of the food categories such as fruits, vegetables, whole-grain products, dairy products, and meat and fish, to build up that protein in your body / You can check a Food Guide Pyramid online to keep track of what you eat (shown below). 5 Hit the GYM / Exercise is a perfect way to keep your body healthy and looking good too / You don’t need to exercise for hours everyday. Just take out 15-20 minutes a day to burn off those calories! / You can play sports, take aerobics, take a nice walk, or just taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
