What do we got to eat?” Red T-shirt, “I need somethin hot cuz my team is on FIRE!” Blue: *looks over dramatically* “Psh.. *looks at friends behind him* We’re not hot heads like you guys, we play it cool” Red: *rolls eyes* “you’re just mad cuz we’re smokin you guys!” Blue: *getting offended* “Oh yeah! Well…” *Mom walks in with tray of pizza and soup* “BOYS! Boys! With Chilibeak we can have both Hot AND mild!” *she puts a big spoonful of chili oil in one and a little in the other* “I’ll just put more in yours *hands bowl or pizza to Red t-shirt* “and I’ll just put a little in yours” *hand other to Blue* *Boys taste food* Red: “mmmmm, spicy and hot!” Blue: “and just enough for the flavor” Boys walk back arm in arm, “thanks mom!” *other friends join in grabbing food and walking out* *Mom turns to TV* “Chilibeak, for those who like it hot and those who don’t! Promotion WHITE SAUCE ENCHILADAS With Chili Beak, this recipe can be both hot and mild! INGREDIENTS 1 lb Chicken (cooked & shredded) 2 ½ cp Chicken stock (saved from cooking chicken) 1 1/2 cp Mozerella cheese 1 cp Sour Cream 1 Tbs Butter 1 tsp Flour 10 Flour tortillas 4 Tbs Chili Beak Oil DIRECTIONS 1.Preheat oven to 350. 2.In small saucepan, melt butter and add flour. Whisk together. Then add stock. 3.Add 1 cp cheese and sour cream. Mix until goopy (glue like) consistency. 4.Pour ½ cp of sauce into chicken. Add 2 Tbs Chili Beak Oil. Mix together. 5.Spoon chicken into tortilla’s and roll. Place in cake pan. 6.When all tortilla’s are filled, pour rest of sauce and ½ cp cheese onto enchilada’s. 7.Bake for 15 min or until cheese is melted. Tip: If you want more spice, add rest of enchilada’s on those who want more heat!
