1
Ribosomes look like tiny grains of sand which are in the cell membrane and its in all cells. This is what a ribosome looks like.
2
Some ribosomes float freely in the cytoplasm, while others are bound to another organelle called the endoplasmic reticulum. All cells have ribosomes
3
One of the functions of a cell are that it produces proteins. They are like manufacturer workers because they help produce proteins. They produce a variety of proteins that can be used by the cell or moved to be used by other cells. Bound ribosomes produce proteins within membranes or used by other cells.
4
The ribosomes are important because they produce the main workers in the cell which are proteins. Proteins transport substances, speed reactions, provide structural support, and make hormones. The cell can’t survive without proteins therefore, the body can’t survive either.
5
Ribosomes are basically workers. They are the site where proteins are made. They are the manufacturers and proteins are the product They are manufactured by the nucleolus.
