1 21-04-00xx-00-0021 IEEE 802.21 MEDIA INDEPENDENT HANDOVER DCN: 21-04-00xx-00-21 Title: IEEE 802.21 Liaisons & Coordination Date Submitted: May 11, 2004 Presented at IEEE 802.21 session #02 in Anaheim, CA Authors or Source(s): Michael G. Williams, Nokia Abstract: Liaisons are essential to obtaining requirements from external SDOs and 802 internal WGs. External standards groups are primary consumers for handover related triggers and hints.
