Continuous model OR Discrete Model NB: It does not take students to come up with these modeled, often first the Discrete model, but then the differential equation. These are based on reasonable assumptions about interactions thoughtfully discussed in class.

Solve the linear system of differential equations and form the sum of square errors Between the model for the concentration in Compartment A (plasma) at time t, Q A (i t ), and the observed values form our data, O i. Then minimize this function of four variables k AB, k BA, k AU, and Q A0 ;use the values obtained in our model; solve the system of differential equation model; and plot the model result over data. Looking good!
