Here is information about my biome. Antarctica is a frozen continent surrounding the earth’s south pole. It is the coldest, windiest, and driest place on Earth. Most of the land is a frozen desert. Oddly enough, 70% of the world’s fresh water is frozen in the region of the South Pole.

This is a spectaled porpoise. They are related to the dolphin family.

This is a weddel seal. As you can see, they can be on land. They can also be in the water.

This is a killer whale. Another name for it is an orca.

This is a penguin and zooplankton. Penguins eat fish and are very good swimmers. Zooplankton are decomposers.
