How can I tell if other sites/books are reliable and appropriate? Real information Sounds right Trust-worthy website or book (Who is the author? Are they trying to sell you something? Are they biased?) Check the website address (.net is a clue that it is not reliable) Info can be checked in several places Current Age-appropriate User-friendly

Why is it important? 1) You want to know what is correct. 2) Teachers will make you use reliable resources. 3) ANYONE can post ANYTHING on the Internet.
