The founding Documents The government of Timor-Leste elaborated a set standard of indicators based on: Our Nation, Our Future ” ( Poverty reduction and Economic growth). 1.The National Development Plan 2020 “Our Nation, Our Future ” ( Poverty reduction and Economic growth). 2.The Millennium Development Goals (e.g. Improve maternal health “ in 2015 the ratio mortality must be reduced by 30% form the current estimated ratio of between 420-800 death per 100.000 birth”.
