What is proofreading? Proofreading is the process of reading over your work to be able to correct any misspellings, grammar mistakes, punctuation mistakes, and etc. It is sort of like a Microsoft Word Spell Check but done by the reader. When proofreading, you should try to read very slowly, pronouncing every single word.
