Certified as an HCV Community Educator in 2013 and have been working as a tester, educator, advocate, and counselor since that year. NNOT/PHASA/ local coalitions: decriminalized syringe access and naloxone distro! CHANGE POINT: ‘one hit, one kit, and don’t share shit!’ Latest developments: MPAC !
