1. GOD IS THE LORD OF LIFE

2. I. GOD GIVES LIFE.

3. Genesis 2:7- “The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.”

4. Romans 14:8-“If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.”

5. Acts 17:25-“God gives all men life and breath and everything else.”

6. Psalm 139: 13-16-“ For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

7. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body.

8. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

9. II. GOD DIRECTS LIFE.

10. Trust or faith comes in when He asks us to trust Him enough to give Him complete control of our lives

11. so He can take us where we need to go to do the things we need to do and say the things we need to say.

12. III. GOD ENDS LIFE

13. 1 Samuel 2:6-“the Lord brings death and makes alive; He brings down to the grave and raises up.”

14. If it is left up to mankind who lives and who dies we make stupid mistakes!

15. We lose more babies through abortion every year than the total deaths in all of the wars in which we have ever participated.

16. The chief issue is, “Is the embryo a human being?”

17. Exodus 21:22-25- “If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but there is no serious injury,

18. the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows.”

19. But what do you say? That’s what counts.

20. “What about the babies that will never have a chance at life?” What are YOU going to do about it?
