3. Materials Make sure you have the necessary items to complete the work at home: Glue Stick Scissors Pencil Lined paper Crayons ** Work should not be done in marker or ink!

4. WRITING Have your child attempt any writing on his/her own. THEN, the parent may write what was intended by the child. Please, DO NOT write for them and have them copy the words. Students are learning to write the sounds they hear.

7. Just remember… Homework is NOT a grade. It is a review of what we are learning in class and is meant for extra practice. We are not looking for perfection, just student effort!
