Our passion is extreme fun, the rush our customers experience both in the mountains, as well as finding their favorite products in our fully stocked, customer focused stores. Natural Rush believes in minimal hierarchy and having a strong trust bond between the different team members will result in a more effective work environment.

Horizontal hierarchy is the push to work as teams. When tasks need to be completed it is up to the employees to work together and accomplish the desired outcome. We allow employees freedom to plan their shift, choosing when and what they hope to accomplish

- To find our wonderful employees we decided to seek motivated individuals with personalities and skill sets we believed were important to Natural Rush. - In our search we distributed company information at local summer camps, adventure clubs and organizations, universities, and local events. Finding people who love what they do, as well as use the products we sell is one way to create a positive culture within our stores.
