How to catch your Zzzzzs Try to go to bed and get up at the same time Follow a bedtime routine that is calming- Not TV or video games Limit foods and drinks with sugar and caffeine Try to use your bed only for sleeping If you can’t fall asleep, try reading or some other calming activity
