Design Choices LayersAnglesEffect 670 Resin would have trouble penetrating all the layers of the bat. Complicated to work out 830 Should work, however Group I had a higher angle and their MOI was still lower than my target. 850 Safe. Even if my model is incorrect, the angle increase relative to Group I should compensate for the lost length. 870 Many of the same problems as the first and the bat would have to be at the minimum size.

Conclusions Update the model to include the differences in Mass and CM Always go over by 100 MOI if possible. Add an extra ounce of resin for the end cap I failed to expect these problems, therefore I would consider this a failure.
