5. The Qin Falls… After a brief period of fighting, the Han dynasty proves to have the Mandate and will rise to power. The Han rules from 202 BCE to 220 CE Lui Bang is the founder of the dynasty. He reestablishes the centralized government.

6. Wudi established that government jobs will be based on education. He creates the Civil Service System. The Civil Service Exams test applicants for jobs, so the best candidates are chosen. Lui Bang’s great grandson, Wudi, takes control in 241 BCE, continuing the Han dynasty.
