12 ER Purchasing Program for Nonmembers Nonmember ER Purchasing Program implemented July 2005 A non-Alliance library or group of libraries can participate in the ER program by paying a $300 fee for 2 years participation Separate e-mail list for non-members will announce all new products, trials, renewals, etc. Admin fee of $30 added to invoice A group of libraries can join with a single fee, but can only have one contact that is responsible for all libraries in the group 8 individual libraries & one group of 8 libraries Steering Team recommendation: do not increase member prices to add a nonmember into the subscription
