Future projects AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATION TO FOSTER INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY It is a bilateral agreement between Ca’ Foscari and an international university We/You will find a suitable local partner for the intern and will support him/her as concerns the administrative steps, logistics and monitoring Aims: –to foster mutual employability actions in connection with local and national host partners (such as enterprises, recruiters or training institutions) in order to improve our/your students’ and graduates’ mobility –to create a network of contacts useful for placement actions (seminars, workshops, publications, fairs, international calls for proposals, etc.)

3. How it works Students/Graduates of Ca’ Foscari might spend between 3 and 6 months abroad working/training for a foreign employer suggested by your University Students/Graduates of your University might spend between 3 and 6 months in Italy working/training for an employer suggested by our Placement Office We/You will be in charge of matching the candidates’ profiles with suitable companies (interviews, CV check, exchange of mails, info- desk, etc.)

First step Get on touch with foreign universities and have an idea exchange on available partners and the target of beneficiaries Subscribe the bilateral agreement Second step Select suitable employers and ensure that they are able to achieve the placement objectives Advertise the offers online (database of available partners) Select the candidates Forward the CV to the host partner abroad

5. In case of acceptance … The sending and host organizations jointly undertake to: Take care of all the administrative steps Monitor the process with the parties involved WE/YOU Evaluate the progress of the project on an on- going basis Foster understanding of the culture and mentality of the host country Check appropriate insurance cover for each beneficiary

6. In other words … Innovative service completely free to enhance your visibility abroad It is like an average internship inside one of your companies but instead of having a local candidate the beneficiary will be an Italian student/graduate that we will submit to you (… and viceversa for us!)
