Giraffe

Dresciption: Giraffe is a proper mammalian africa. Inhabit savanna grasslands or forests. It feeds on the leaves that are higher in the trees

System Digestive Giraffe the tongue and their digestive system is adapted and allows you to eat thorny plants. spend 16 to 20 hours by drinking, they can get to eat 65 kilograms of vegetables a day. Giraffe is a ruminant animal that is has four stomaches

System respiratory Giraffes are similar to other mammals inhale oxygen and release carbon dioxide as well as humans and other mammals. When a giraffe breathe, air travels down the trachea into the lungs. The lungs fill with oxygen and the circulatory system of the giraffe get this gas so necessary for the rest of the body of the giraffe. When a giraffe exhale, carbon dioxide is released into the air, gas that trees and plants need for photosynthesis. Larger lungs and trachea longer. Giraffe's lungs are about eight times larger than the lungs of a human being, because if they were not, a giraffe would breathe the same air over and over again. Since the trachea giraffe is so long and narrow, there is a large amount of dead air in the neck of the giraffe. However, the respiration rate of the giraffe is a third less than the respiratory rate of man to help with this problem of dead air. When a giraffe breathes, the "old" breath is not yet fully ejected. Giraffe lungs must then be larger to accommodate this "evil" and still allow your respiratory and circulatory system to carry oxygen to all parts of your body.

System circulatory Giraffe has developed other anatomical changes, among which the gotten into the circulatory system. His heart is huge, about 12 kg, about 60 cm. long and with walls up to 7.5 cm thick. This very powerful muscle pumps blood with great force, causing a blood pressure than double that of any other large mammal. So the blood reaches the brain, and on the way back, a muscle in the jugular vein adds pressure to the blood vessel to ac elerar return to the heart.
