In 1926 Professor Heyrovsky married Marie Koranova, and he had two children, a daughter Judith, and a son Michael.

Since his youth he was interested in science and made the first chemical experiments, but in year 1909 enrolling at the Philosophical Faculty of the Charles University, but the following year he studied at University College in London. He become professor at the Charles University in Prague.

And he was a Czech chemist and inventor of the polarographic method. In year 1959 he was a father of the electroanalytical method, and recipient of the Nobel Prize. POLAROGRAPH

Jaroslav Heyrovsky died on 27. March 1967. He was interred in the Vysehrad cemetery in Prague.
