In your small lecture team: Start with a drawing of the brachial plexus Add at each terminal branch, the muscles innervated by that nerve Analyze the following case studies: What muscles will be affected if C6 nerve root is damaged? What part of the brachial plexus is likely affected if the triceps is affected, and the deltoid is not? Have each member of your group come up with 1 case study (do not share case study with other groups!) Write down the answer. ACTIVITY PART I

Join up with another group Have each person present their case study The other team must try to answer If they get it right, they win a point Take turns between groups ACTIVITY PART II (ONLY IF THERE IS TIME)
