5  In text citations: ◦ In text citations should be used to give credit to any ideas that are not your own ◦ If you have an author for the source  Ex) Joe Smith’s book “Working in the Coal Mines” ◦ You would use (Smith). at the end of a sentences where you quoted, paraphrased, or summarized work from Smith. ◦ You would also use the page number or pages numbers you pulled info from  (Smith 7). 7 Works Cited Pages USE EASYBIB.COM! It really does the work for you! All you have to do is add in any information highlighted in red that you can find on the website if it’s a website. Most books cite correctly simply by putting the ISBN number in

9 Works Cited Page Entries in alphabetical order by first word Author last name or first word of the title if no author Should be left justified All other lines should be moved over 1 tab This should be double spaced like the rest of the paper
