I believe that making the positive choice to eating healthy will impact my life by having a longer healthier and more active life.

Research has shown that following a healthy eating plan can both reduce the risk of developing high blood pressure and lower an already elevated blood pressure. The Center for Disease Control states that kids who follow healthy eating patterns in childhood and young adulthood are more likely to follow good nutrition practices throughout adulthood.
