3. 3 Chapter 12 – Fire/Life Safety Hot Work Permits Permit Request Information will be Entered by the Field Construction Manager. ESH will Inspect the Area and Sign the Permit. No Hot Work Until Signed! Permit Valid for 1-8 Days.

Surveillance Must Be Continuous.
