1 Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport Kingdom of Cambodia Nation Religion King 3 Secondary Scholarship Programme Presented by Mr. Ung Ngo Hok, Director of GSED, MoEYS

2 Budgeting and Process of Selection Scholarship Students 1- Programme Budget (PB) Ministry of Education Youth and Sport (MoEYS) Allocated annual budget for scholarship students in each province Signing on Prakas for acknowledgment of Scholarship Student lists Provincial Office of Education (POE) Provide 100 Application Scholarship Forms (ASF) and budget fund to each LMC through DOE Draft list of new recipients Local Management Committee (LMC) Distribute ASF to its feeder schools for poor students in G.6 filling in Collect all filling ASF from its feeder schools for scoring Send final list of new recipients to POE Call up for meeting and providing cash to all recipients (G.7-9)

3 Budgeting and Process of Selection Scholarship Students 2- Enhancing Education Quality Project (EEQP) MoEYS, GSED, GDE, Project Manager Allocated semester budget for recipients in its target schools and transfer to POE Account through ACLEDA Bank in each province Signing on Prakas for acknowledgment of Scholarship Student lists POE Provide ASF and budget fund to each LMC Calculating Poor Score and G.9 National Exam Score Draft list of new recipients and send to MoEYS for acknowledgment LMC Distribute 50 ASFs to its feeder schools for poor students in G.9 filling in (led by G.9 & Monitored by LMC members) Collect all filling ASF from its feeder schools for scoring Send final list of new poor stu. to POE for scoring with G.9 Na-Exam Call up for meeting and providing cash to all recipients (G10-12)
