WHAT IS A HEALTY LIFE STYLE A healthy life style is a lifestyle in which you have a good balance of nutrition,sleep and exercise Now we will look in to them in deatail

EXERCISSE Exercise is important for us because it gets the heart pumping and the carbs burning this is good for us in to ways the first is that the pumping heart gets oxygen across to our body and the burning carbs decreases our weight another benift is that we can play and have fun You should exercise 4 times a week for 20 mins minimum

NUTRITION Nutrition is important to us in other ways one is that is controls the intake of calories and makes sure we don’t starve to have good nutrition you must eat 3 big meals and 2 small meals a day only sweets should be kept to the minimum but don’t have to be thrown off your chart entierly

SLEEP Sleep is proabbaly the most important of all three you may survive with bad nutrition and no exercise but not without sleep even if you do sleep but a little there will be serious issues a good sleep routine is with 8 hours for a 6th grader and sleeping in a comforable place and position
