10. SELECTION/CUT PHILOSOPHY Players at all levels are chosen for their skills, work ethic, and potential as a player & teammate. The purpose of the 7 th /8 th, 8 th /9 th, and JV teams is to develop players for the Varsity level. All the players on these 3 levels will have an opportunity to have game experience. If you plan on being away during the week of vacation please do not try out.
