At least 1 month What materials do you need for the event? Depends on what your organization decides to do FA Austin needed: Decorations, table cloths, cardstock (to print tickets on), paper for advertisement, silverware, etc.

Logistics Do you need special permission or permits for the event? Yes Someone will have to reserve rooms for the events Depending on the number of people attending the event, a security officer may need to be hired Some buildings require food permits
