Violence Prevention Efforts  Mandatory online training for employees – 90% completion rate  Mandatory online training for students – 72% completion rate  The Office of Affirmative Action (OAA) and the Violence Prevention and Response (VPR) Office conducted more than 40 presentations, workshops and seminars reaching over 4,000 members of the UMKC community.  OAA and VPR employees laid the groundwork for several initiatives that will launch in 2016.
