4 Reasons for Participating For Peace  Over half of the participants explicitly explained their desires to actively bring about peace. To Meet the Palestinian Midwives  Motivated by the political situation to interact with Palestinian participants  A few wanted the interaction for the sake of exchanging knowledge and practices

5 Strengths Communication  E-mail Dedication of Skilled Israeli Midwives  One expressed the excitement, hope, and dreams of the group that was, “…very committed to building something meaningful and extended and long term,” (Interview 2).

6 Weaknesses Palestinian Group’s Lack of Dedication  Inconsistency in attendance and high turnover rate  Suspected different motivations for attending project Unclear Goals and Lack of Focus
