Life…. Plan or React? Success often comes when a person begins with their goals in mind and makes choices that will get them to those goals. This means knowing what is important to you - REALLY important. These important things are Values. Desirable enough to pursue and plan to achieve. A person’s values are apparent to others in their actions and inactions…. One cannot hide their values. It is a distinguishing characteristic. Your task Read carefully through the Values and Value Statement handout. Look over the list of possible values - you may add to them if you wish. Determine what your personal values are - narrow it down to 4 - 10. After you have done so – Record the list you have chosen and create a Personal Values List, post to the Wiki Then complete the Work Values Survey.
