2. R E S E A R C H The first step was to research the different ways that water is bottled.

3. IDEA TION : the act of brainstorming and quickly sketching multiple simple ideas In my ideations I explored some traditional bottle styles and some irregular ones. I was inspired by the more modern and unique designs that I found during my research.

6. THE C O N C E P T I wanted to develop a water bottle that is easy and comfortable to grasp, which is why I created a spherical bottom that fits into the palm of the hand. The easy-off lid makes opening and closing the bottle convenient This water bottle is made out of glass and is meant to be reused.

7. DIGITAL DESIGNING Using my product development sketches as a guide, I designed a 3-dimensional model of my water bottle.
