Land Use Compatibility Staff recommended land use designation, Commercial/Recreation, consistent with existing CC-4-2 zoning and compatible with neighborhood character and existing surrounding land uses. Surrounding development consists of commercial (retail and office), hotel, mixed-use, and multi-family residential. 2
